First Annual Doodlers ChallengeHello there darling doodlers!First Annual Doodlers Challenge by #DailyDoodlers
To make up for my lack of participation in my beloved doodling these past few months, I have decided to hold an annual contest to help get everyone motivated and inspired!
Here's the official rules!
Starts 2/9/2012 at noon EST
Ends when the last doodler doesn't do a doodle within 24 hours of their last doodle.
Requirements for participation: Must be a member of the daily doodlers group as of 2/9/2012 at noon EST
Doodlers must submit a doodle to the group every 24 hours to keep in the challenge. The doodler who doodles the longest will win awesome prizes, including a custom doodle by me! The longer the doodlers doodle, the bigger the prize pool becomes. Also depending on the duration and how much people impress me, I may award some prizes to the runners-up.
Please keep in mind that while there are no restrictions on time or painting/drawing medium, if you constantly submit quick line doodles that took

Commission Status Closed. Current Commission Count: 2 I will not be taking any further commissions until 2013. I am finishing the current commissions and preparing for a spring show! If you really want a painting from me and are willing to wait, see below for more info about hiring me. 1. Mr. Forstall [ 6/10 complete ] 24" x 36" Acrylic on canvas of two bichon frise puppies in front of their beach house at sunset. 2. Mr. Goldberg [ 1/10 complete ] 16" x 20" Acrylic on canvas of his daughter, for her graduation gift. Commission Status is Closed for a Reason I will no longer be taking commissions except for specific times which I will open myself up for them. Check back here for more info or note me if you are desperate for a commission or have something that you really think I would be good at painting. Don't ask me for pet portraits or for dark/horror images. I don't normally do those types of paintings very often and they take me too long because I don't really enjoy them. They're not my specialty, and while I have done them in the past - I no longer think it is a good idea. DO ask me for portraiture, landscapes, fantasy and surreal paintings, whimsical children's illustrations, funny or comical things.... LOOK at my gallery before you ask me for a commission. See if what I make now fits the type of vision you have for a painting. If not, find an artist that does, there are plenty of us with our hands out. Thanks for this consideration.
