"Wishes" journal theme.

A little fairy to adorn your journal. Very easy to install and use, requires no additional code other than the CSS code in the CSS box. For any level coder. Looks the same in FF and IE

Please note - you may not alter the header graphic of this deviation [replacing it with an entirely new image is fine] without prior permission from me.

When using this layout, keep the moods at the bottom, as the footer image is held there.

Instructions:
1. Download the zip file.
2. Open the .txt file named "Instructions" and proceed from there.
