Because I wanted to practice perspective. It started out as a speedie but it was too textured for me to complete in that short a time. Bummer. Dang those bricks!
References are my own, this house is based on a very similar looking one in Malvern, PA. I drew it at a new angle that differs from the reference photo for practice.
