My progression: 1995-2008

This is just inspired by the deviation that =BlackDelphin did recently, right here: [link]

Well, I thought I would put my work in some order

Anyhow, the years from 2002-2004 were tumultuous and erratic (please don't ask for the full story, it will take too long!) and thus any traditional work that survived is small (and usually watercolors). However, these years I did start digital painting, so you can see some of what I was after then.

Man, this was a pain. Sorry for the plain-jane setup, but I did not have much time to do this...

As you can see, I did not start feeling anyhow near comfortable with anything besides people until 2007... and my anatomy has been touch and go even now, I think. I can certainly get accurate people when I persist though

I started drawing landscapes in 2006... the only landscapes previous to that were pretty horrid.

I do draw males, however, those just happened to not be my favorite work from those years. (Sorry, guys, but if you want more action you have to model for us artists more!)

Every work prior to 2004 is traditional from life. This was because I had not discovered the tablet nor stock photos existed until 2004 (yes, I am a bit slow on that front, but I don't think it did me much harm really...) and promptly went and got myself an intuos 3 right then and there!

So anyhow, I hope you guys enjoy this, and also my future works to be... it can only get easier and more fun from here!

I am thrilled to feel like I have some real grasp on technical execution and can now progress past studies and into some real superfun crazy art action!

Remember kids, no matter where you start or where you end up, art is a journey and should be enjoyed
