MyntiBrushes Volume 1 by mynti MyntiBrushes Volume 1 by mynti
Brushes are free to use as long as you link me with the deviation and gimme credit :)

**EDIT: I created these for use with a tablet, and so that's why the marks vary in size. If you have a tablet, and can't get them to look right, feel free to ask me, I'm happy to help. If you don't have a tablet, these brushes will look different from the marks shown above. **

I make a lot of "markmaking" brushes, meaning - ones that are created specifically for making strange marks. These won't really work as "stamp" brushes - they don't hold any images, just different patterns.

A favorite would be appreciated if you download

Made for use in Adobe Photoshop CS2.

To install:

:pointr: Download set.
:pointr: Open PS
:pointr: Go to Edit > Preset Manager
:pointr: Click "Load" button
:pointr: Find my set on your desktop and hit okay.
:pointr: Click "Done" and you're done!

They look cool... but can you give a description about what you draw with them? Because I'm sure each has a purpose, but I'm sure what to do only with the last one.

how did you create the bases for some of these brushes? (such as the second from the top or the 3rd or 5th from the bottom)

did you start out with a larger canvas and paint in the tiny dots /details? did you use any effects ontop of the base brush mark before turning it into a brush?

some of them look difficult to pull off :D

i would like to use some of these but not all of them. Do you mind if i just copy the scribble you used as a base to create my own brushes from your sets?

i will still give you credit/link to your brush sets

your work is amazing!

I painted each brush by hand using the hard round brush. :D That's all. I used a white canvas and painted the shape in black.

You may use them as you like - this means you may use my base and be creative, of course!

Thanks for asking first!

well i tried the simple crosshatching one of yours with the lines fanning out (instead of a tic tac toe cross hatch)

and i luffs it :)

i didn't think a simple flow in the lines would make a different look over all :aww:
