on 20"x20" canvas. 3 hours. No references.
This painting was inspired by my walk through the snow. We've received yet another record snowfall and the winter isn't even finished yet. 16.8" out my backdoor. That was averaged over a few areas since the snow drifted frequently last night, and we had "thundersnow". I couldn't make this up if I tried.
Having fun doodling - hope everyone in the NE United States has their shovels polished and ready for the next one...
I also did this painting because someone told me gray could not be luminous, and I wanted to try to disprove that theory. Did I? I think I can improve it.
